Greyland Audio Terms of Service

Last updated: September 19, 2026

1. Agreement
By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using any Greyland Audio product (including Visual Lab, Visual Lab Pro, Starcrusher, and any other plugin or software we release), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not purchase, install, or use our products.

2. What you are buying
Our products are digital software delivered electronically. When you purchase a product, you receive a license to use it under the terms below. You do not own the software itself. All rights, including copyright, remain with Greyland Audio.

3. License
Each license is for personal or professional use by one person or organization. Unless a product states otherwise, one license may be activated on one computer at a time. If you need to move to a new computer or use a second machine of your own, contact support@greylandaudio.com and we will help.
Your license code is for you alone. Do not share, publish, resell, or transfer it. Sharing a license code may result in it being disabled.

4. Restrictions
You may not:
- Copy, redistribute, resell, rent, or lease our software or license codes
- Reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or attempt to bypass any licensing or activation mechanism
- Use our software in any way that violates applicable law
- Remove or alter any copyright or ownership notices

5. Delivery
After purchase you will receive an order confirmation and a separate email containing your license code and download instructions. Delivery is to the email address entered at checkout, so please enter it carefully. If you do not receive your license email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder, then contact support@greylandaudio.com.

6. Refunds
Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, refunds are not automatic. Refund requests are reviewed case by case under the Greyland Audio Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms. All refunds are handled directly by Greyland Audio; please contact us before opening a payment dispute.

7. Updates and changes
Updates to a product you have purchased are provided at no additional charge unless clearly stated otherwise at the time of release. We may add, change, or remove features in updates. We are not obligated to provide updates or to support every host application, operating system version, or hardware configuration.

8. Support
Support is provided by email at support@greylandaudio.com. We do our best to respond promptly but do not guarantee response times. We do not provide phone support.

9. Third-party software
Some setups may involve third-party tools (for example, audio routing drivers or DAW software). We are not responsible for third-party software, and their own terms apply.

10. Warranty and liability
Our software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that the software will be error-free or work with every system. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Greyland Audio is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

11. Your content
Images, fonts, audio, and other material you load into our software remain yours. We do not collect or store your content. Our software does not require an internet connection for activation.

12. Termination
We may terminate your license if you breach these Terms, including sharing or reselling license codes. On termination you must stop using the software.

13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available at greylandaudio.com. Continued use of our products after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules.
